A song that reminds you of somewhere
Ghost Town by The Specials reminds me of my mum’s old Nissan Cherry. It was a shitty old green car that didn’t run too fantastic and eventually got sol for a better car but it was her first car and I can remember her driving me and my brother around in it fairly often.
Being in that car normally meant we got to go somewhere that wasn’t my home town and my mum almost always had some sort of Ska on tape in the car. This song has stuck in my head as being the song that reminds me of being inside that car.
