30 Days of music 16-20
I decided instead of doing half the list in one go, I’d throw them up in chunks of five. There won’t be any embeds on this, just links and why I’ve picked what I have. Also, it’s still Sunday in yankland so technically I made my deadline of today.
day 16 - a song that you used to love but now hate
Blur - Song 2: I used to really like this song when it first came out. It was catchy and isn’t a bad song to listen to. It’s just a shame that it got so overplayed my instant reaction when I heard it was wanting to violently assault anyone who dared put it on. LEGO Rock Band has warmed me to it again slightly but it still gets on my nerves. No link because of hatred
day 17 - a song that you hear often on the radio
Thing is, I don’t listen to the radio. Ever. I have a large music collection which means I don’t have to so no song here.
day 18 - a song that you wish you heard on the radio
Megadeth - High Speed Dirt: If I did listen to the radio, I would want this to be on it. As Megadeth songs go, it’s one of my favourites. An awesome riff, some cool solos and a crazy bluesy section. Also, it would be fun to listen to while driving if I did such a thing.

day 19 - a song from your favorite album
Periphery - All New Materials: My favourite album at the moment is definitely Periphery. Not only does it have some great music on it but the story behind the album being produced is great too. I suggest you look into Misha Mansoor because he’s a pretty awesome dude. This song is pretty much my favourite outside of the 15 minute epic that is Racecar.

day 20 - a song that you listen to when you’re angry
Black Dahlia Murder - Deathmask Divine: When I get angry I tend to listen to some death metal and this song tends to be the first one on. It’s incredibly heavy and has some of the most brutal drumming I know of in my music collection. In short, it rules for calming me down.
